Conflict Resolution

My vice principal is again asking for your help. Do any of your schools
have any programs in place for internal conflict resolution (i.e.,
training students to be peer counselors to students with or causing
problems, etc.)? If anyone has any ideas on how to set up such a program
or ideas on where to locate information that discusses this, please
contact me personally. Thanks in advance. You've been helpful in the past
and my colleagues are impressed that this is such a knowledgeable and
helpful group!
