Thanks for the message about Frank Winstead. Frank enlisted me a few years
ago in writing letters and sending faxes to Georgia legislators. He also
corresponded with the "big names" in education about libraries and sent me
copies of his correspondence. He served ably on the editorial board of
Emergency Librarian as well. However, Frank could never retire! His
advocacy will continue, I'm sure.
