paper on student access to Internet issues

Hi folks,

I have written a four page paper which addresses some issues surrounding
student access to the Internet I'd be willing to share if you'd like a
copy. It takes the approach that students must have both physical and
intellectual access to the Internet, and we must look at our selection
policies and Intellectual Freedom statements when making decisions about
this new format. The paper also talks about some skills which students will
need to have intellectual access to the Internet, and the kinds of teaching
methods which will support the teaching of those skills.

I certainly would welcome your comments, crticism, reactions, etc to the
opinions expressed in the paper.
