Keep in mind that "subject headings" deals with the CONTENT of the work,
not the authorship.  If the book is ABOUT Americans of color, the proper
subject heading is "African-Americans--Fiction."  If the book is about
people of color in other parts of the world, the proper subject heading is
"Blacks--Fiction."
