One of my colleagues heard a TV news reference to
an Internet IRC dealing with the Los Angeles earthquake.
The news story focused on the use of the Internet as an
alternative communications tool when phone service in the
area is down.
Has anyone heard of this for the Los Angeles quake? Do
you know how to access it?
