What should an adminstrator look for in a Librarian?

  I am looking for information on what a K-12 adminstrator should be
looking for in a librarian when they do an interview and also what
role should the librarian play in the use/knowledge of technology in
their district. Please respond to mee off of the list if possible and
I will summarize for the list. Any and all help and or information
