Hello LM_NETTERS, I've been a member of a new elementary school planning committee since October. We've completed the plan for the building and are now working on interiors, curriculum delivery systems, and lots more. It will be a multi-age type school (specifics yet to be planned), high tech., learner centered.... I have been asked to develop a core list of books to purchase for the media center. I also want to include technology in this list. I plan to contact a couple of book jobbers, consult with the other media specialists in my district, refer to Children's Catalog. Can anyone offer any additional advice. I've never done this before and feel I need all the help I can get.
