TECH: microwave vs. frame relay

What I need to know is:
1. How many of you have a connection to Internet via microwave?
2. We already have a tower for *receiving* which has been used for distance
learning and we own air wave rights, thus; is it more feasible to pursue
this connectivity or is it better to put in frame relay (phone lines -
fiber)? (Hope I'm using the right terminology and making sense. I'm a
program user-mouse clicker/not a techie.)
3. Is it easy to maintain? Problems? Anything such as upkeep costs, etc. we
should be aware of?
