SEC: Net Tech Ed

We have a new class opening at our senior high that will deal
primarily with telecommunications.  We plan to do some Web
pages in addition to teaching web searching and internet.  Does
anyone out there know of classes that have already been done at
the secondary level.  If so, can I get course
outlines/competencies?  Since school is already here and we are
still developing the darn curriculum, time is of the utmost
urgency.
