REF: Author of poem

Colleagues,
For those, like me, who have bare bones reference collections, this list has
been a great help.
In our 6th grade reading text, one of the stories contains these lines:
"Home is the hunter
home from the hill
And the sailor home from the sea."

The teacher asked me if I could find out the author and preferably the rest
of the poem.  Since I have no current poetry index, I searched first lines
throughout my poetry collection, but to no avail.
I would appreciate any help on this one.
