Thanks to all who replied...but I did actually mean a spoof of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol"! Here are the replies-I figured some of you would be interested. Here are a few that are interesting: Twas the Night Before Star Trek http://www.public.iastate.edu/~rdevries/Trek/xmastrek.html http://palimpsest.stanford.edu/byorg/abbey/an/an20/an20-6/an20-609.html Computer humor http://web.mit.edu/lauriel/www/computer_humor.html Twas the Night Before Finals http://www.duke.edu/~jac3/origin/night.html Politically Correct http://www.inlink.com/~raiar/trusanta.html How about *A Cajun Christmas Carol*? Sorry, don't knopw the author, but it is a good spoof. I remember a MAD comic spoof done in the winter of 1960 (boy does that sound old!;-} ) try:Yahoo and type in Christmas Card Spoofs...There are many links.. Have you seen Dean Koonz's new book called "Santa Twin"? It's about Santa's evil twin, Bob, who ties up Santa, throws him in a cellar, and tries to ruin Santa's good name by doing nasty stuff. Two little girls save the day. The book is available in most bookstores now (it's new). I just bought my copy at our local Barnes & Noble. It's presented as a typical "kid's" book--pictures on every page with the verses running down the margin. Pretty cute in a wierd sort of way! I came across one in my media center today. It was a spoof on THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS. It is called, THE TWELVE CATS OF CHRISTMAS. It was delightful. My clerk, two fifth graders and I stood there laughing hysterically. It was truly delightful.
