i read an article recently about police officers schedules being radically
changed because of the human body being incapable of switching so often
from night to day and back again. it seems they had begun to shoot one
another and assorted family members because they were just too strung out.
if this rings a bell, please send me the information or any information
you may have come across about schedules, rotating schedules, flex times,
etc. i would really appreciate it.
