Author addresses and websites

Hello,
Our middle school students would like to write authors through postal or
electronic mail. Does anyone know of a website that would give me postal
addresses for authors? What about e-mail addresses or websites? I know of
some websites for some authors for the elementary grades, but I was looking
for something more comprehensive. I am especially interested in a website
for S.E. Hinton.
