TARGET>MODEL SELECTION POLICY??

Dear Friends--Is there such a thing as a model selection policy for
secondary (middle and high schools)? Does someone have one that you feel
covers all the bases? Ours is 7 years old and we feel we need to at least
update it.

I would appreciate a faxed copy if you would be so kind--or just e-mail me
some help and/or advice.
