SEC: WRITING LAB SOFTWARE

I am interested in finding software for a new writing lab that will be
set up at our high school.  We have a MAC network and stand-alones.
Does anyone have any suggestions for software or print materials that
have been used successfully in your school?  The teachers are
interested in writing process software as well as grammar, spelling,
etc.  Please respond to me directly.  TIA
