CA only: Library and Prop 227

My superintendent has asked me for suggestions re: how the library can
help in transitioning students now that we are going to be drastically
reducing our Bilingual teaching. I'd like to know how others of you are
approaching this. It's all so new that right now I don't have a
suggestion in my head for them. Up to now, the whole approach was for me
to get MORE Spanish, so now the tables are turned I haven't had time to
reassess and come up with a new approach. All of this has basically
taken place over the summer, and I feel very out of the loop. If you
have any plans or ideas in the works for how your library will respond
to this issue, please send them on to me.
