ELEM->Question about "naming" pre-K program

If anyone who works with pre-k thru upper elementary is out there today, I
need some info VERY quickly.  We are changing our kindergarten classes to
non graded early primary.  Previously we had a K and a pre-first.  Now our
BOE is concerned that with an "early primary" name our new Pre-K program
will not have the right name, as there is no kindergarten.  What do you
call your grade before kindergarten?  How is your elem arranged by name?
Any quick answers will be greatly appreciated.  I won't need the answers
after today, Aug. 4th.  Thanks very much.
