I was able to get the software loaded, configured and made it to the chat line yesterday. There were several other newbies on working on how it all worked. It was really helpful to have some people on at the same time who could offer help during the session. I was wondering if there could be a session devoted to newbies, with someone(s) who would offer help in navigating the screen. it was very helpful to ask the question, get an answer quickly then try it out while right there However, this kind of thing gets in the way of the "talk" about libraries etc. Is there someone who would plan such a session(s), would advertize the time etc? One problem that I may have is the time difference, we are 6 to 9 hourse ahead of stateside time. Last night at 9 pm, I could log on to the group which agreed to meet at 3PM EST.
