I couldn't reliably print from Follett's online catalog either but I noticed
an option to send my order (to myself) by email.  I can reliably print from my
own email, which is what I have done.  I think it is a little cumbersome to
use (the online catalog) and I have emailed them with some specific
suggestions about how to redesign their pages, but I use it a lot and find it
very handy.
