Foreign Email Directories-URLs needed!!

Hello LM-Netters!!

Does anyone out there have a list of Foreign Email/Snailmail Directories
online?  I need this in order to locate a long lost friend in Mexico...but
for general information any URL for any country would be good in addition
to info on Mexico.
