Country Inns and Bed and Breakfast Cookbook by Maynard is a great cookbook
to read.  The Inns are listed alphabetically by state and there is a
little descriptive history of each.  Then Yumptious recipes like
Screwdriver Veal (yes, with vodka and orange juice), Bourbon Chocolate
Cake, Spinach spoonbread, Deviled Liver, Buttermilk Salad -- Everything I
have tried from this book has been Scrumptious.
