GEn: Library Rubric or Scoring Sheet

I am in need of a Rubric or Scoring Sheet for high school library skills.  I
have seen several but none for the media center.  I will be teaching classes
soon and would like to use one.  If anyone has one available and would like
to share please send to me personally.
