pen pals for 8th grade class

Hi,
I have an English teacher who would like to have her 24 students in 8th
grade be pen pals to students somewhere in the U.S.   She is interested
in sending video, etc.  She used the program in Read magazine for the
past few years but they are not offering it this year and has come to me
for help. I just knew the right place to get help.
