GEN:Weeding books given as honorariums

I have been bitten by the "weeding bug" and weeded out hundreds of books
that should have been tossed years ago.  I have come across three books
that were given to the library as honorariums.  They definitely need to
go.  Should these be replaced with a new title on the same subject? A
new book in general?  Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
