TECH: Printer recommendation

Hi, Everyone...

I just wanted to tell this group about my new printer, an Epson 740 Stylus
color printer--WOW! This little printer was only $279, can be used with either
a Mac or PC, and prints quickly, but the BEST part is that the color quality
is amazing!  They are NOT a sponsor of The Read In! and I don't receive
anything from them....I just wanted to recommend it to those of you who want
to print in color for a low cost...I was stunned with the quality of the
dpi...it IS an inkjet, not a laser, so the ink cartridges are much cheaper,
too (I paid $22 for color replacements)...

I did a great deal of research....found it recommended in several magazines,
even found it advertised in the TWA onboard magazine on a recent flight to
Florida!...
So, I realize this might be construed as an advertisement...but it really
isn't...Just wanted to share with the group as a whole...before you buy
another printer, check into this one...You won't be disappointed...

(They DO offer even higher end printers...and, if the quality is better than
this, I would find it difficult to believe!) Do I sound pleased? I am! On ONE
cartridge, I printed 50 full color (double sided) brochures, 25 full color
flyers, 1100 business cards, 25 sheets of letterhead stationery, 100 address
labels, and some thank you notes for Christmas presents...and the black
cartridge still has ink in it!--I JUST replaced the color one!)....incredible!
