Seeking book title

This group is so amazing at putting descriptions together with authors and
titles, so I hope someone out there knows of this one.
OK, I'm looking for a children's book about some bears who live in a
National Park (?) and there is a fire or flood or something, and they go
to live with this woman and there are pictures of them in hammocks and
stuff, all over her house. Um..that's all I have. It's from the early 70's
or earlier.
I'd so appreciate any leads. Thank you!!
