This person will run our district media center, as well as oversee the media program in our district's 23 schools, but will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities over the 26 media specialists in the district. I have looked in the archives, but did not see any interview questions aimed at this level of position. I'd love to hear any suggestions you might have! I saw an excellent public librarian do this once. It was very effective and the kids seemed to love it. Alas, I don't remember it. TIA! Janel K.
