Professional Development Videos

I have some money to spend for the Professional Development Committee.  They
would like me to buy some good (NOT BORING) professional development videos.
Can anyone recommend a series?

On the Archives I see the _Know It All_ series. Does someone recommend this?
If so, can you give me an address for the company, Great Plains National?
