The cable company for our rural school doesn't offer the USA Network. I'm trying to get a complimentary satellite feed authorization (as other networks have done for us) so that we'll have access to the CIC programming that USA offers. I tried last year, & I'm trying again this year to accomplish this feat! The people in Los Angeles to whom I've talked have so far been unable to accomplish this; in fact, I seem to be the first person to have ever asked about it! Has ANYone been able to get the USA Network in-the-clear through their steerable satellite dish (NOT through a satellite programming service)? If you have, I'd love to hear from you! I especially need a phone number of someone who can help with this problem. I found no numbers on the Web sites for USA or CIC, and only a fax number in the CIC guide. Thanks so much!
