Hello,
    I'm so glad that there is another unlurking day so that I can join in. I
have been a Library Media Teacher in Modesto, California since October of
last year.  I love the job enough that I drive 60 miles one-way to work.  I
tell that kids that I get to work with three of my favorite things: kids,
books, and computers. I work at two k-6 schools.  Not ideal but its better
than being at four schools like I was last year.
    I am in the MLIS program at San Jose State which is where I heard about
LM_NET.  It's great to be able to hear from others who are in the same
situations.  Thank you to those of you who post and share yourselves with
us.
