TARGET: Book Character costumes

In a couple of weeks we will be having a Book Character dress up day along
with our Book Fair and I would really appreciate having some of your
suggestions for easy costumes.  I found one good HIT in the archives (which
are so helpful!) and also remember someone's ideas about using sweatsuits to
make costumes.  I thought I might not be the only one having a hard time
finding something with which to make a recognizable costume and plan to
share the list with our teachers.  If any of you could share some of your
ideas, I'll be glad to post another HIT.
