ELEM: Lesson plans for teaching outlining?

Hi Friends,

A fifth grade teacher requested some online lesson plans for teaching
her students to outline for a research report.  I've looked all over the
Internet and can't find any in the usual places.  Do any of you know
where I could find some?  If so, please respond to me personally.
