Mary,

sedentary?????  The only time I ever sat down when I was in the
school library was for story time, and half of that time I was walking
around 'acting' out some of the story.

I gained about 10 pounds the moment I left the library and came to
work at Wilson. And it's been a mostly losing battle ever since.
