Articles re: multicultural literature

Dear Colleagues

The Virginia Hamilton Conference is looking for nominations of published
journal articles which "make a significant contribution to the the
professional literature concerning multicultural literary experiences for
youth."

Nominated articles are reviewed by the Conference Advisory Board and a winning
one is selected.  The article and its author are recognized at the annual
conference held in April at Kent State University.

If you have written or have read an article that qualifies you are invited to
contact Anthony Manna (mailto:AManna@aol.com)at Kent State University (or me
if I haven't used the mailer properly!:>)
