"open building"

I worked in an open building in the early 70's.  It was a living hell.
I had thought that this idea had died a natural death since they are not
building this type of building now.  Encourage the powers that be to
develop a "fall back" plan for when they decide to put up some walls.
(This should be the second day after the school opens)
