Our school recently purchased several iBooks for use by students. It improves the computers we have in the lab and as they all have wireless access, they can be borrowed by teachers for use in the classrooms instead of just in the labs. We have been having random problems with the cursor that is nearly impossible to control with the mouse pad. This has been occurring on several machines at odd moments. The problem comes and goes with none the wiser for what prompted it. The cursor will move, usually to the left side of the screen, and any attempts to move it where one wants it to go results in a tug of war. The user tries to move it and it keeps going back to the side of the screen. If any one else uses iBooks and has had this problem and has determined its cause, please let me know. Someone suggested that the mouse pad might be dirty. Could that cause this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.
