We have had the zapme's for about 18 months.  I doubt they have worked 5 =
months total.  When they work, they are
great.  You must  have a phone line wherever the lab is, because
you will have to talk to techs from California when your computers have =
"issues".
Our's have not worked at all this school year.  A tech (who didn't even =
know what ZAPME's were) came from Nashville and has "worked" on them =
each week for seven straight weeks. =20
.
The printers are fantastic.  The computers are fast.  Last September the =
two-way satellite was installed and THIS September the computers were =
connected to it.  If the computers are not working within the next two =
week, I am going to recommend they be removed.  They are just another =
source of stress. =20
