Wow, did Australia do itself proud. It was amazing to see the fantastic light show of fireworks. I wonder if the future Olympics will be able to live up to it. did you see how many countries did receive at least one medal--it's truly awesome. Thank you Barbara and Jill for keeping us updated with what was going on around you. You gave better coverage than NBC on what it was like. Most of the Olympics were not covered at all here in Oregon, and some only in passing (even on the other cable networks). Thankfully, there is the internet to fill in the gaps.
