Friends,
    Perhaps one of the swiftest means of bringing Reason to the discussion
of indiscriminate censorship in libraries is to acknowledge that many of the
present zealous demands and expectations to filter presumed objectionable
ideas and materials from our libraries would, by their own constraints,
necessitate the filtering of the Bible from general access and use.  Any
sentient athiest would weep at the prospect--let alone the conscientious
Christian.
