To Year-round school media specialists

I am doing a paper on year-round schools and I want to include information on
the effect the year-round schedule has on library media programs.  I would
love to hear from those of you who work in year-round schools.  What kind of
schedule does the school follow?  If any of you have worked in both
traditional schools as well as in year-round, what comparisons and contrasts
can you make?  I am especialy interested in the management aspect--staffing,
budgeting, etc.
