Teacher/Librarian Collaboration

I am completing my last class for a Master's Degree in Library Media
Education.  I need to compare my center with someone else's.  I need to
know the following:

The total number of teachers in your school.
How many teachers collaborate with you on a weekly basis?
For those of you who use a flexible schedule, how many days are teachers
requesting the use of team teaching practices while using the library as
an extension of the classroom lesson?
