GEN: Owney Project update

Due to the overwhelming response to the Owney, Railroad Postal Dog
project only a few states remain available.  If you are interested in
participating but would like more information you might want to visit
the web site of a fellow participant at

The following states are still needed:
    New Hampshire
    Arkansas
    Colorado
    Delaware
    Alabama
    Minnesota
    Mississippi
    Montana
    New Mexico
    South Carolina
    Vermont
    West Virginia
    Wisconsin
    DC
    schools with APO addresses or AA, AE and AP states

Last day to send e-mail of interest in participation is Friday September
