Off topic--Strasburg Pa travel info

Hi all
Another off topic request for information.

The middle of this month my husband and i will be traveling to the strasburg
(sp) PA area for vacation.  Our main agenda item is the millenium (sp again)
theatre and the NOAH show.  Knowing that this is amish country we planned a
couple of extra days to sight see as well.

What things are not to miss here??  Any particular Amish sites, excellent and
or unique bookstores, things to do, etc??  Please help round our vacation
plans out.
