Dear Colorado friends - just out of curiousity - "For My Information" - we were driving from Estes Park yesterday (Mon.) towards DIA around 10:30 am RMT - suddenly a loud siren mounted on a tall pole begn to sound. The car in front of us pulled off to the side, so we did likewise - we noticed that some folks from the opposite direction stopped as well, but many people did not. My companion said it might be a tornado alert... perhaps one of you, also consumed by the "gotta know" bug, would be kind enough to enlighten us.
