TECH: Follett comes through!

Although this is a busy time of the year, I wanted to make sure that I
got a final note in here to let you know the power of this listserv.
Follett came through with my barcodes (I still haven't received them or
the plastic borrower cards that I was promised 2 days ago but I am sure
they will come - she said weakly).  They have offered to print up some
laser patron barcodes and get them to me as soon as possible.  I had
ordered the poly-thermals originally but those take 6 weeks to print and
I just can't wait that long.  So they are sending me the next batch of
numbers in poly-thermals and all of this is free.  Both the laser
barcodes and the poly-thermals will be free for my inconvenience.  I
found this offer well worth my troubles.

I have seen some postings that people are happy with products like
Titlewave and the books.  I have had only minor inconveniences that
don't amount to anything to complain about.  That is a separate
division, however, from the technology dept. that I have been dealing
with and paying for their tech support.   I pay over $350/year for
support and I figured I should be getting better than I had been.  Well,
they have come through for me.  I appreciate everyone's comments.  And,
hopefully Follett does too!
