GEN: Jonathan London's address

Hi,

Does anyone know the address (regular mail and/or email) of Jonathan
London?  One of our second grade classes has a frog theme for their
classroom and the kids just love the "froggy" books.  I've searched the
web, Children's Literature Web Guide, the publisher's web page, and a
book of author addresses to no avail.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
