I am preparing a powerpoint presentation for Maryland's Standards for School Library Media Programs. I am trying to understand the difference or need for both an off-air antenna and a satellite dish. Both are in the recommended guidelines for school libraries. We have cable TV and Channel One. Would I need an off-air antenna and a satellite dish (not just tuned to Channel One) to be in compliance or would one of those suffice? In other words, do they duplicate each other in what they would deliver? Please reply to me directly. Thanks. Cheryl B.
