Hi, this is Gladys Hocker. I would like to TARGET: topic flexible scheduling for school libraries. I am the school librarian for a K-12 school. Ath this time we have a fixed schedule for the elementary part of the school. This is problematic for my High School teachers and students. my question is, Do any of you have suggestions for staratagies to convince the Elementary Administrtion that fles scheduling is advantageous for the elementary portion of our school.
