It does seem important to keep in touch. Our school is all the way uptown =
from the twin towers. Of course many of our parents, friends and relatives =
work downtown. Children are being picked up throughout the day. We are =
proceeding with classes. I just finished my last one of the day. We are =
discussing the incidents where it is age appropriate. We do not have =
radios and tv's on where children can overhear them. Our phones are not =
operating with regularity and it is very scary to be out of touch with =
loved ones. My husband just called and will be walking from his office on =
23rd st over the Manhatten Bridge to our apt. in Brooklyn. I assume there =
will be houseguests-people who have been stranded. I probably will be =
spending the night at school or on someone's couch uptown. Lisa

Not quite sure what to say, but it seemed necessary to communicate in some =
way.

We've been watching/listening to the news.

Our sympathies are with you all.
