Many thanks to those of you who responded to my request for political cartoon
resources. I have two happy history teachers. Here are the responses.

-If you go to www.google and put in political cartoons, you will find
numerous sites with actual political cartoons.

--There are excellent collections at both Yahoo News and Lycos:
http://dailynews.yahoo.com/
http://news.lycos.com/news/headlines.asp?section=Breaking

--Cagle's may just be the best of all, because it includes lesson plans:

--Go to cnn.com, click on politics on the left-hand side, and scroll down to
'Toons.
This gives current toons as well as a link to older cartoons from at least
two of CNN's regulars.

--The best is Daryl Cagle's cartoon site-- cagle.slate.msn.com
I think you will find anything you're looking for there
